By accessing or using the CalcWin mobile application and website (calcwin.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This service is provided by CALCWIN LIMITED, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
2. Description of Service
CalcWin provides a comprehensive business management and accounting platform, including cost calculation, inventory tracking, and AI Business Advisor insights. The service is available as a cross-platform application (iOS, Android, Web).
3. Subscription Plans and Payments
We offer the following subscription models:
Free Trial: A 3-day free trial period for new users.
Basic Plan: $25 per month.
Premium Plan: $39 per month.
Billing: Subscriptions are managed via Google Play Billing or Apple Pay. Failure to pay will result in the suspension of premium features.
4. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account via email or Google Authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
CALCWIN LIMITED is not liable for data loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
5. Intellectual Property
The application, including all AI algorithms, UI design, branding, and the CalcWin logo, is the exclusive property of CALCWIN LIMITED.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for business management purposes.
6. Data Accuracy and AI Advice
User Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of all business data entered, including taxes, labor costs, and recipe ingredients.
AI Disclaimer: The AI Business Advisor provides strategic recommendations based on data patterns. These insights should be treated as suggestions; CALCWIN LIMITED is not responsible for business decisions made based on AI-generated advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CALCWIN LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the use or inability to use the application.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
